Snow:bit - Class set x 5
Snow:bit is an exciting and fun construction kit that combines Norwegian tradition with technology. Based on the old skiing tradition, Snow:bit lets you build your own snow sled with speed and excitement. The kit uses micro:bit as both remote control and receiver, so you need two micro:bit devices for full control. Once the skis are built and bent, you can reach speeds of over 50 km/h!
The kit includes a rechargeable battery, motor controller and protection for the battery that makes it snowproof and works well even in low temperatures. With high-quality laser-cut birch veneer and developed in collaboration with FClab, this kit is perfect for both carving and programming. Snow:bit works optimally on flat and hard surfaces, and you can use it with or without the included skis.
