Terms and Conditions

Scope of work

These terms apply to all purchases made via Wonderkit.no ("WonderKit", "we" or "us"). By making a purchase, you agree to our current Terms of Purchase. The terms may be updated without prior notice and we recommend that you read them before each transaction.

Customs, duties and taxes

All prices include applicable value added tax (VAT). 

Ordering and signing a contract

A binding purchase agreement is deemed to have been entered into when you receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. It is assumed that you provide the correct e-mail address and delivery address. We only ship to persons of legal age with a residential address in Norway.

Payment options

The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped from our warehouse. Payment is made via a secure third-party solution (Stripe) and we do not store your card details. 

Privacy policy

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The information you give us is only used to process your order and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Delivery

We strive to ship your order within 5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and unforeseen events beyond our control.

Delivery areas

As of now, we ship to the following countries:

  • Norway - We use Bringand you can choose:

    • Parcel in the mailbox - for small shipments

    • Parcel to pick-up point - for larger packages

  • Sweden, Denmark, Germany and France- we ship with DHL Expresswith delivery straight to your door.

We plan to open up delivery to more countries over time.

Shipping and tracking

Tracking is included with all delivery methods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

For unclaimed parcels, the following fees apply:

  • Order value under NOK 5,000: NOK 150 ex VAT.

  • Order value over NOK 5,000: NOK 350 ex VAT.

Uncollected parcels are not automatically refunded. Please contact us if you want us to resend the package.

NB! Failing to pick up the package is not considered use of the right of withdrawal. Pick up the package and contact us for return.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Pick up your package at the post office.

  • Contact us by e-mail and we will send you a withdrawal form.

  • You only pay return postage.

Returns must be agreed in advance. Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund the purchase amount to the same payment method used when ordering.

Complaints and errors on delivery

If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover return postage and send you a new item. This also applies to incorrect delivery on our part.

Returns should always be sent to the address stated on the return form.

Disputes and conflict resolution

We want to resolve any disputes amicably. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Consumer Council for help. If the matter is not resolved there, the Consumer Council can bring it before the Consumer Disputes Committee
